Founder and President
Adam is a spiritual director and pastor with over three decades of experience in church and para-church ministry. He holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership from Spring Arbor University.
Adam completed his Spiritual Direction training through Sustainable Faith and is a member of CSDA (Christ-centered Spiritual Directors). He is also a certified Transformational Coach.
Adam and Rebekah live in Denver (CO) and use their home as a place to provide hospitality and soul care to those in need.

Co-Founder and Bookkeeper
Rebekah earned her degree from Manhattan Christian College (KS). Over the past several decades, her strong passion for family ministry and her ability to lead others has given her the opportunity to work in several ministry contexts in the local church and beyond. Rebekah loves helping others experience union with God through the ministries of Inner Healing Prayer and Spiritual Companionship.
Rebekah and Adam live in Denver, Colorado, and have four grown children, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, five grandchildren, and a little dog named Zoey.

Formational Mentoring Director
Resource WriterBecky is a writer and speaker with many years of church and parachurch ministry experience, both in rural and urban settings. Becky’s undergraduate work focused on Christian Education, and she holds a Masters degree in Christianity and Culture from Knox Theological Seminary.
Becky writes formational resources which help Christians from many cultures pursue and protect personal sacred spaces and rhythms. She loves to facilitate groups – large or small – where people are invited to understand and enjoy deeper friendship with God.

Operations Director
Craig is passionate about creating spaces where people can connect—both with each other and with Jesus. This calling led him to serve in the local church, where for over 25 years, he dedicated himself to ministry as a full-time pastor. His role as an executive pastor allowed him to lead multiple departments, guide leaders through seasons of transition, and foster meaningful relationships within the community.
An ordained pastor and certified spiritual director, Craig now walks alongside individuals, leaders, churches, and organizations as a consultant and business professional. He completed his Spiritual Direction training through Sustainable Faith and is a member of CSDA (Christ-centered Spiritual Directors).
Craig’s heart is especially drawn to those navigating change, church trauma, and spiritual hurt. He believes in providing safe, compassionate spaces for healing and growth. As a visual artist, he also loves exploring creativity as a way to understand our identity in God and deepen our spiritual journey.
He resides in Kansas with his wife and two children, embracing the adventure of life with faith, curiosity, and a heart for others.

Spiritual Direction Coordinator
Resource WriterLynn is a prayerful follower of Jesus who has encountered the continued faithfulness of the LORD. She is passionate about discernment, listening, inner healing, family formation, and prayer. Her deepest callings are to come alongside others to encourage and create space to help them encounter the presence of God’s steadfast love and resurrection power.
Lynn has experience listening with those who are in global and church ministry, those who are single, married, and have families in all walks of life. She holds space well for those struggling with faith or deconstructing from wounds of past beliefs and systems. She also enjoys offering a quiet listening space for those who live with ADHD.
Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership from Spring Arbor University. She completed her Spiritual Direction training through Sustainable Faith in 2018 and is a member of CSDA (Christ-centered Spiritual Directors).
Over the last seven years, Lynn has served with Thrive Alongside, offering spiritual direction to women serving globally. She has been an integral part of the LifePoint team through thoughtful writings, simple practices, and encouraging intentional community.
Lynn lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with her husband Brian. They have four children and are currently navigating the season of transition as their older children are leaving home and setting off on new adventures. She loves being a mom and a soul friend to others.
Whether you are experiencing joy or going through a tough season of grief and struggle, Lynn would cherish the opportunity to provide a safe, listening space where you can process your walk with the Lord.
