QUESTIONS FROM GOD
With these questions, God helps us address who we worship, our identity, our proximity and posture toward Him, what we love and desire, and how our stewardship of God’s gifts can be used to make Him known.
Because Jesus used the question-to-question teaching method so often, we can deduce that He believed that things discovered are remembered longer than things pronounced. Jesus used questions to incite people to think and engage with the eternal rather than continue as spiritual sleepwalkers. And throughout Scripture God offers questions to people to draw people into deep friendship with Himself.
This free resource brings questions from God into consideration to help renew your mind, redeem your imagination, and refocus your perceptions. Answering these questions will serve you well as you assess your spiritual health and help others on their spiritual journeys.
Though written to be used by small group leaders, this resource can also be used by individuals, mentors, life coaches, and spiritual directors to explore and respond to 5 foundational questions from God:
Who do you say that I am?
What is your name?
Where are you?
What do you want?
What do you have?
God has used these questions in the Biblical narrative, and He may also use them in your story.
Journey Resources
Caring for your soul takes time and intentionality. Each day you have the opportunity to say “yes” to the transforming work of the Holy Spirit. It’s a lifelong process…a journey of apprenticeship to Jesus.
While this is an individual journey we all choose to take, we aren’t expected to go alone. Becoming people of love requires us to practice loving (and being loved by) others. Whether in mentoring relationships, spiritual direction, or small groups, LifePoint’s resources are designed to be used in community with fellow companions on the journey.
We have three types of Journey Resources for each spiritual practice, all intended to assist you on your adventure. First, you’ll need to gather the essential provisions. Second, you’ll benefit from the necessary guides to help you navigate. Finally, you’ll appreciate the simple tools made to assist you along the way.

Being with Jesus.
Becoming people of love.
